Meet your After Sales Team! Who are ready to help you through the in life management of your access equipment, including services such as general maintenance, spare parts, repair and loler scheduling.

CPL have listened to the feedback of their customers. One key issue raised by customers is the market immaturity of in-life management and lack of support available in the market once the platform has been purchased. Due to this feedback CPL have concentrated on our After sales department to make sure our customers are cared for and down time of the units is mitigated to the minimum.

We have a team of 10 in house and a number of sub contractor engineers working around the clock to keep your fleet moving. Also, we were proud to announce our partnership with Rivus Fleet Solutions to ensure nationwide coverage using their 55 service centres.

Lets introduce you to some of the team so you know who to contact.

First we have David Thorpe. David is the After Sales Manager. He is the brains behind the entire operation and oversees the running of the department and development of the aftersales proposition for our customers.

Next we have David Northover. David is the key account manager for some of the larger fleet customers. He is here to provide technical customer service and be the point person for answering any technical questions the operators may have. If you get struck in the air, David is here to help you down.

Heather Finnie has recently joined the CPL family and has been tasked with closing off the jobs carried out by the engineers. We aim to have your invoice with you within 30 days to prevent any surprise bills. Heather is also heading up the communication strategy for the department and will soon be introducing herself to all new and existing customers to ensure they have everything they require.

Hayley Cox is the mastermind who plans the engineers visits, routes and liaises with the customers on the day of interaction. This is no small task. Hayley is responsible for all scheduling, including all sub-contractors. Her efforts allow our engineers to visit between 5 and 7 jobs per day.

Martin Parnell is responsible for your spare parts. He is the man to speak with if you are unsure what parts you need. His knowledge is second to none when it comes to all makes and models of access equipment.
