CPL team up with Heineken

CPL team up with Heineken to promote the launch of Wind0.0w Service – the very first bar on a cherry picker delivering pints through people’s windows in lockdown.

Late last year, CPL were approached by COW PR, a London based PR agency looking for a MEWP manufacturer to provide a platform for their Heineken project.

We were happy to help and began working with MadeUp Ltd on the design of the basket bar and vinyl wrap. This is something new for the access industry so we spent time making sure the project could be done while still promoting full safety for all involved in the project.

The eye-catching design is a great advert for both CPL and Heineken 0.0 and the MEWP can be seen touring across the UK visiting London, Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh in April rolling out the Wind0.0w Service deliveries. Lucky winners will have the pleasure of receiving a pint of non-alcoholic Heineken 0.0 delivered to their window by Sophie Ellis-Bextor as well as other regional celebrities (The Twang frontman Phil Etheridge in Birmingham, drag queen and RuPaul contestant Divina de Campo in Manchester and stand-up comedian and writer Eleanor Morton in Edinburgh).

Barnomadics, the company that provided the Blade for the basket have made sure that Sophie can pull the perfect pint for the lucky winners.

We are proud to get involved in something fun after almost a year without our usual event timetable. We wish everyone that enters the competition the best of luck and if you see the MEWP out and about, make sure you send in your photos to our Facebook page!
