CPL, the UK access platform specialist, will showcase some new designs at Vertikal Days this September at its new home, the East of England Showground.

It has been over 2 years since CPL last exhibited at the event due to the Covid outbreak. During this time the Klubb Group have worked to perfect the range of access equipment that is already leading the way in the European market.

Building on the success of the van mount range, the group have redesigned the K26 and K32 platforms to create the KL range. The booms have been lightened using high performance steels. Not only has this given up to 160Kg extra payload, it has strengthened and prolonged the life of the equipment. Both the KL26 with a working height of 11.8m and a working outreach of 6.5m and the KL32 with a working height of 12.3m and a working outreach of 6.9m, will be ready for demonstration on stand 504/505 from 22nd to 23rd September.

On stand there will also be one of the latest models in the van range. The KL32 Cutaway has been designed specifically for the Telecoms sector. Mounted on a fully type approved 4.5t Renault Master, this platform has an outstanding payload. It has a working height of 11.9m and a working outreach of 6.7m. The cutaway back allows for easier maneuverability. This aspect companied with a no outrigger design makes working at height as straight forward and stress free as possible.

2021 has seen the release of the new P130 Isuzu D-Max and Toyota Hilux. CPL are the first to design and build on the new D-Max and Hilux and the models have been awarded full small series type approval with the 3.5t suspension upgrade and all terrain tyres.

”Throughout the pandemic CPL have worked on perfecting both the products and the manufacturing facilities. I am proud to say that the company has not closed once which has given us the time and capacity to fulfill orders on time and work on improvements. I am looking forward to being able to meet with customers again face to face and Vertikal Days is the perfect opportunity to do so.” Paul Murphy, MD
